1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the ACCORD system operated by the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office V (CHED RO V). By accessing or using this system, users agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines.
Your access to and use of the ACCORD system is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the system.
By accessing or using the ACCORD system, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the system.
2 Use of the System
The ACCORD system is designed to facilitate document tracking, communication management, and official correspondence for stakeholders of CHED RO V. The system may be used for:
- Tracking the status of submitted documents
- Submitting inquiries and requests
- Receiving notifications and updates
- Accessing public information related to CHED RO V services
Users shall not use the system for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, or for any purpose that would damage, disable, overburden, or impair the system.

5 Limitation of Liability
CHED RO V shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the ACCORD system.
While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, CHED RO V makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the content provided through the system.
The system may experience downtime for maintenance or due to technical issues. CHED RO V shall not be liable for any damages arising from such interruptions.
6 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the ACCORD system shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Legazpi City, Albay.
