We collect this information when you submit documents, send inquiries, or use the document tracking feature of ACCORD.

Personal information collected through ACCORD shall be used solely for official purposes, including:

  • Processing and tracking your submitted documents
  • Communicating updates about your submissions
  • Responding to inquiries and providing customer support
  • Regulatory compliance and record-keeping
  • Improving our services and system functionality
  • Generating statistical reports (anonymized data)

We will not use your personal information for purposes other than those stated above without your explicit consent.
